In Greene County district court Chad Morgan Brett, 44,of Coon Rapids pleaded not guilty Aug. 7 to a charge of operating while intoxicated- first offense. A trial date was set for Oct. 1.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Melynda Louise Weltha, 43, of Grand Junction, OWI- first offense; and Dalton Zachariah Haggerty, 24, of Pace, FL, OWI- first offense.
